Education Objectives
We aim to cultivate highly skilled professionals with an international, interdisciplinary, and applied orientation, capable of undertaking management and investment roles in international brand hotels and related business sectors.

Practical Arts Education from EHL: Small-class practical courses covering a comprehensive range of disciplines, including catering services, culinary arts, hotel operations, and customer experience projects. Practical training takes place in hotels and restaurants, with both teachers and students jointly undertaking key operational tasks. Hands-on Teaching by Industry Experts: Through a deep collaboration model involving educational institutions and global business, the program leverages experienced practitioners, known as "Industry Professors," for immersive project-based teaching.
Overseas Learning Opportunities: Students have the chance to participate in internships at overseas training bases or voluntarily engage in intercollegiate exchange programs for study experiences.
Employment Prospects
Engaging in international brand hotel and modern upscale leisure resort operation and management, cultivating mid-to-senior level management talents adaptable to hotel trends; involvement in global hotel-related investment development and consulting industries, including consulting and management firms, e-commerce companies, health industry consulting and management companies, etc.; engagement with relevant government regulatory bodies and industry associations.
