    Practical Arts Education from EHL: Small-class practical courses covering a comprehensive range of disciplines, including catering services, culinary arts, hotel operations, and customer experience projects. Practical training takes place in hotels and restaurants, with both teachers and students jointly undertaking key operational tasks. Hands-on Teaching by Industry Experts: Through a deep collaboration model involving educational institutions and global business, the program leverages experienced practitioners, known as "Industry Professors," for immersive project-based teaching.

    Overseas Learning Opportunities: Students have the chance to participate in internships at overseas training bases or voluntarily engage in intercollegiate exchange programs for study experiences.

Executive Education Program

The college is committed not only to undergraduate education but also to providing various executive training courses for managers in the hotel and broader service industries. These courses aim to help them enhance leadership, management skills, and strategic thinking, ultimately achieving sustainable development for their businesses. We invite seasoned hotel and service industry management experts and industry leaders to co-teach, offering participants the latest management concepts and practical experiences to master the most effective management methods and skills. Training programs cover various modules, including leadership, strategic management, organizational change, human resources management, marketing strategy, and more.
